1. Change your speech. To disclose means to take what is unknown and make it known to someone.
2. Change your understanding. Self understanding, (Greeek: phroneo) how you see yourself.
3. Change your thinking.
4. Change what you value. Look at your life and assign what has real value and what doesn’t.
